Sub-processors

To run SqlSage for DBeaver, LUMA sp. z o.o. relies on a small number of third-party providers. Because the plugin sends your prompts through the AI tool on your own machine rather than through our servers, and verifies licences offline, very little personal data reaches us at all — so this list is deliberately short. It covers this product only; our SSMS product runs on separate infrastructure and keeps its own list.

Each of these providers processes the data above on that provider's own data processing terms, which form part of the service agreement we accept when we use the service. Where any of them transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards that provider implements — for example the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
One payment channel, and a dormant one
Paddle is our only payment channel. Our licensing service also contains an unfinished integration for a second Merchant of Record (Fungies), kept from an earlier plan. It is closed by default and inactive: that endpoint verifies an HMAC signature over the exact request bytes and rejects the request outright — including when no signing secret is configured for it — so nothing can be fulfilled through it and no data reaches that provider. It is therefore not a sub-processor and is deliberately absent from the table above. If we ever activate it, this page will be updated before the first transaction goes through it.
Publishing platforms we use
We publish releases and listings on the Eclipse Marketplace (Eclipse Foundation) and on GitHub (Microsoft). These platforms do not process personal data on our behalf as part of the product, but if you visit or download from them, their own privacy terms apply to that visit. Installing SqlSage from our update site does not involve either of them.
Your AI provider is not our sub-processor
The same applies to DBeaver Corp: DBeaver is the host application you already run, not a processor acting for us. And if you switch on the optional local agent bridge, any external agent you connect is yours — whatever it forwards to its own provider is outside our control and outside this list.
Changes & notice
We may add or replace providers as the service evolves. In particular, any future feature that routed AI requests through infrastructure we operate would add the relevant AI provider to this list; we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before such a feature ships. When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give notice.

Podprocesorzy (wersja polska — informacyjnie)
Wersja angielska ma moc rozstrzygającą. Poniższe tłumaczenie ma charakter wyłącznie informacyjny; w razie rozbieżności obowiązuje wersja angielska.
Do świadczenia usługi SqlSage for DBeaver LUMA sp. z o.o. korzysta z niewielkiej liczby podprocesorów. Ponieważ zapytania idą do modelu przez CLI na Twojej maszynie, a licencja weryfikowana jest offline, do nas trafia bardzo mało danych osobowych. Lista dotyczy tylko tego produktu — produkt SSMS ma osobną infrastrukturę i osobną listę.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting strony i update-site p2, Worker licencyjny na api-dbeaver.lumasoft.pl wraz z magazynem klucz-wartość, licznik instalacji na api.lumasoft.pl. Dane: rekordy licencji (identyfikator i podpisany klucz, typ, tier, ważność, identyfikatory transakcji/subskrypcji Paddle, adres e-mail z zakupu oraz jego skrót SHA-256) i standardowe metadane połączeń w logach. Bez treści zapytań, schematu i wyników.
- Paddle (Merchant of Record) — sprzedaje produkt jako sprzedawca formalny; płatności, VAT, faktury, chargebacki, zwroty; serwuje okno checkoutu w przeglądarce. Dane rozliczeniowe zbiera i kontroluje Paddle; my otrzymujemy tylko e-mail z checkoutu oraz identyfikatory transakcji/subskrypcji.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — zbiorczy pomiar ruchu na stronie w trybie Consent Mode v2. Przed zgodą wyłącznie anonimowy pomiar bez cookies. Dotyczy tylko strony — wtyczka nie zawiera analityki.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — hostuje nasze skrzynki w domenie lumasoft.pl: z niej wysyłamy klucz licencyjny i w niej odbieramy korespondencję (wsparcie, zwroty, sprawy danych osobowych). Dane: adres e-mail, klucz licencyjny i treść Twojej wiadomości. Bez treści zapytań, schematu i wyników.
Dostawca AI to Twój dostawca, nie nasz podprocesor. SqlSage uruchamia CLI, które Ty zainstalowałeś i do którego jesteś zalogowany — dane idą do Anthropic lub OpenAI na Twoim koncie, nie przez nasze serwery. To samo dotyczy DBeaver Corp (dostawca aplikacji hosta) oraz zewnętrznych agentów, które sam podłączysz do opcjonalnego mostu.
Platformy publikacji: Eclipse Marketplace i GitHub — przy odwiedzeniu tych stron obowiązują ich własne polityki; instalacja z naszego update-site ich nie dotyczy.
Jeden kanał płatności. Paddle jest naszym jedynym kanałem płatności. W usłudze licencyjnej istnieje uśpiona integracja z drugim Merchant of Record (Fungies) — jest nieaktywna i domyślnie zamknięta (endpoint odrzuca każde żądanie bez poprawnego podpisu HMAC, w tym gdy nie ustawiono sekretu), więc żadne dane do tego dostawcy nie trafiają; dlatego nie ma go na liście podprocesorów.
Każdy z powyższych dostawców przetwarza dane na własnych warunkach przetwarzania danych, stanowiących część umowy o świadczenie jego usługi.
